We only offer shipping within British Columbia.

We offer FREE express shipping through UPS or Purolator on orders over $180.

Flat rate $15 express shipping fee through UPS fee on orders under $180.

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

​

We offer free pick-up at our Vancouver clinic location during clinic hours on all orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be available for same day pick-up. When your order is ready for pickup we will call to notify you.

*We are closed on all statutory holidays. Please call (604) 900-9188 or email us to check for any other special hours, when applicable.

Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.

As a small business, we are unable to offer a return and refund policy as other big-boxed clinics. All products will be final sale upon purchase, including products purchased thorugh pr-order. We thank you for your support and appreciate your understanding.

If you would like to cancel your order or make any alterations, please contact us at shop@vancouverskinmd.com within 30 minutes of submitting your order. Any requests outside of this timeframe may not be accommodated.
